Make this spicy,delicious matar pack at home with two basic steps and ingredients as matar (greenpea) wheat flour and spcies. Ingredients Of Matar Pack Matar (green pea )- 200 gms Green Chilli – 4 to 5 Salt – as per taste Jeera powder – 1 tsp Garlic paste – 1 tsp Garam Masala – 1 tsp Amchur (dry mango) powder – 1 tsp Wheat flour – ½ cup All purpose flour (maida) – ½ cup Oil- for moyan & deep fry Method for cooking Grind the greenpea (Matar) and mix spice in the paste of green pea(Matar). Make dough of flour with adding salt and oil (for moyan). Roll puri size roti and stuffed with matar paste. Give the shape of Matar pack and fry in hot oil. Serve with green chutney and sauces.
