Tur dal - 100 gms (soaked in water for one hour )

Cauliflower(phool gobhi) – two
tbsp (chopped)
Bottlegaurd (Lauki) – two tbsp (cubed)
Green peas (matter) – 1-2 tbsp
Curryleaves – 10 to 12 leaves
Tomato – one (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – one tsp
Green chilli – one
(finely chopped)
Oil – for tadka
Tamarind (imli) – lemon size ball (soaked in water)
Turmeric (Haldi) powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Sambar Masala – 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida (hing) – 2 pinch
Mustard (Rai) Seeds – 2 tsp
Method
for cook Sambar recipe
In a pressure cook take soaked tur dal.
Add cubed Bottleguard (lauki), Carrot (gajar), Cauliflower (phool gobhi),
onion, green peas (matter), finely chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste,
turmeric(haldi) powder and salt. Add
three time water then to tur dal. Mix all these well and close the cooker with
lid. Let cook till 5-6 whistle of cooker. After 5-6 whistle of cooker turn off
the flame. Open the pressure cooker and add tamarind pulp and mix well.
