A quick egg recipe for the dinner or lunch when confused of what to make. Ande ki sabzi tastes different to anda curry. Ande ki sabzi is prepared in north India. You will also love this recipe and taste of its also remain on your tongue.
Ingredients
Boiled eggs - 6 to 7
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Onion – 2 big size (paste)
Tomato – 2 no. (paste)
Big cardamom – one
Clove- 5 to 6
Black pepper – 8 to 10
Green chilli – 2 no.
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Rapeseed Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions for make Egg ki sabzi
Heat the rapeseed
oil in Kadahi. Roast the cumin seeds and whole spices(big cardamom,clove and
black peppers). Add the onions paste in
the oil, once the onion turns reddish brown , add ginger garlic paste and
roast. After then add turmeric powder,
red chilli powder,coriander powder and cumin powder to kadahi. Mix all these
well and roast for about 2 minute. Add tomatoes puree and mix. Cook all these
till oil starts to separate from spcies. Cut the boiled eggs into pieces and
add them in the above masala. Mix with masala and cook with lid for while. Add water for required gravy and garam
masala. Also add Salt according to your taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on
medium flame. Garnish with corainder leaves and serve hot with chapatis/steam
rice.
