Wheat flour chocolate sponge cake recipe



Eggs are usually used to make cakes, but today we will make chocolate cakes and will not use egg in it, and still the cake becomes very soft and spongy. This cake is perfect for vegetarian people. To make the taste of chocolate in this cake, we will use cocoa powder. Then lets make these fabulous cakes and know the ingredients that are in it – 
Materials to make flour chocolate cake
Wheat Flour - Two Bowls
Cocoa powder - one big spoon
Powdered sugar –  One Bowl
Baking soda - a quarter teaspoon
Baking Powder - Half Teaspoon
Oil - two small spoons
Curd - a bowl





Method of making flour Chocolate cake
In a large bowl, filter two bowl of wheat flour and a big spoon cocoa powder. In a second bowl mix a bowl of sugar powder, a quarter teaspoon baking soda, half teaspoon baking powder, two teaspoons of oil and one bowl of curd. Mix all these ingredients well and make the solution. Put this solution in a bowl with flour and cocoa powder and mix them all. After this add a little water and make this mixture slurry.

Place a stand, ring or gas stove inside a cooker and place the cooker on the flame to heat it. Grease a silver tin pot with ghee from inside. Fill the cake slurry inside this tin and place on the stand inside the cooker. Remove the city of lid and close the cooker. Allow the cake to cook for about half an hour. After half an hour remove the lid and knead a knife in cake, if the cake solution is not sticking on the kinfe, then the cake has been cooked. Remove the tin from the cooker and let it cool down. After cooling, remove the cake in a plate and whatever you like it should be decorated with cream and nuts or fruits and eat it.
