How to
make Wheat flour chocolate biscuits
In a
large bowl mix powdered sugar with
butter. Combine these two with the help of whisk. In about two to three
minutes, these two will be good and they will become like cream. After this add
the wheat flour, sprinkling with sieve in the bowl. Now in this bowl we will
add cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Mix all these ingredients.
After this, adding a little bit of milk in this mixture, make a little harder
dough. Cover it and leave it for five minutes. After 5 minutes, take a little
more gullet and roll it on the chakala with cylinder. With a cookie cutter, cut
it into the shape of your choice. I am cutting it here with a cookie cutter of
Heart Shape. Lay the silver foil paper in a plate and grease it with ghee. Place
the biscuits on this silver foil. On all cookies, add milk slightly with the
help of brush and then sprinkle slightly chocomate on these.
Take
a thick bottom (Kadahi) wok or pressure cooker, spread the salt or sand of 1
inch layer inside the cooker or Kadahi. Put a stand or gas stove ring on it so
that our plate is placed above it. Heat the cooker or Kadahi. I have taken a
bigger size plate here, so I am keeping the plate without any stand or ring.
Cover the Kadahi with a plate, which is well covered. Allow them to bake for 20
to 25 minutes. If you want, after 20 minutes, remove plate and see if they are
not cooked well then cook more. The time will be different depending on the
bottom and flame of Kadhahi. I see after 25 minutes, then cookies are well
baked. Gently remove the cookies and place it on a plate or cloth to be
completely cool. Cookies are soft but once cooled they will become crisp. After
cooling, fill them in a box and when you feel to eat, enjoy your own hand made
chocolate biscuits.
