Aloo ka Halwa (Potato pudding) recipe

Potatoes are the king of vegetables and potatoes are in food to eat meant the taste of eating increases. By the way, if you have eaten lots of potatoes in the vegetables then why not take the flavor of the aloo Halwa (Potato pudding) too. Potato pudding is mostly eaten at the time of fasting, this pudding becomes very tasty and easy to make. So let's make potato pudding today.



Material to make Aloo ka Halwa
Potatoes - 300 gms boiled and peeled
Milk - a bowl
Sugar - a bowl
Pure Ghee - One big spoon
Almond and cashew - a little bit
Raisin - little
Cardamom powder - one spoon








Aloo ka Halwa (Potato pudding) recipe



Heat the ghee in a pan and add milk to it. After that add sugar to it and keep stirring until sugar melt. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Put the mashed potatoes and cook on medium flame. Keep the potatoes stir continuously, so that they do not stick in the pan. 




When the mixture starts to thicken, add cardamom powder to it. Cut the half amount of cashew and almonds and put it in pan. Also add raisins and mix them all. When the pudding becomes thick and starts gathering then close the flame and remove the halva in a plate and decorate it with cashews and almonds. Serve hot.
