Mango cake is a great summer dessert and it is a great
option for mango mates. We can make this very easily at home with semolina,
mango, ghee and so on. If you do not have a microwave oven, then make it in a
pressure cooker. This cake will become very spongy and soft. You can eat it as
is or take it with tea or coffee. So let's make this mango cake in pressure
cooker –
Ingredients

Semolina - 200 gms
Sugar - 120 grams (make this powder)
Large size mango - remove its pu
Baking soda - half a teaspoon
Baking Powder - Half Teaspoon
Dryfruites - Almonds and Pistachios (a handful)
Ghee - two teaspoons
Water - As Needed
How to make mango cake –
Take semolina in a large mixing bowl and add sugar, baking
powder and baking soda to it and mix it. After this add mango pulp and ghee.
Mix all these well, do not contain stings. Make a paste by puring water. Make a
thick slurry with adding little little water. Grease a vessel or cake pot on
the inside with ghee, you should also keep a butter paper in the cake pot or
vessel. Take the paste in this vessel. After this, put the dryfruits on it.

Heat a cooker and place the cake utensil inside the cooker.
Remove the whistle of cooker lid and cover the cooker. Now let it cook on low
flame for about 20 minutes. To check the cake, take a toothpick or knife into
the cake and see if it is clean then cake is cooked properly. Remove it from
the cooker and let it cool down. Separate the edges with a knife and take out
the cake turning over the plate. You decorate it according to the taste or the
