Bharwan Pyaaz ki Sabzi Recipe



We normally use onions on a daily basis on a salad, paste or finely chopped in vegetables or cooked as fritters. But if the onion is made as a main ingredient in the vegetable, then its flavour becomes exquisite. In today's recipe, just stuff the onions with spices and stuffed onion sabzi is prepared, which is ready in some time.



Ingredients needed for the stuffed onion ki sabzi
Small onion - 10 to 12 (approx. 300 grams)
Oil - one big spoon
Tomatoes - One of the large size (make puree)
Cumin seeds - a teaspoon
Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - One teaspoon
Coriander Powder - One teaspoon
Salt - a teaspoon (according to taste)
Garlic - 10 -12 cloves - finely grated
Taxes - eight to ten

How to Make stuffed Onion sabzi
Chop the garlic and grind it into a mixer or as you like. Now take all the spices like cumin seeds, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder in a bowl and put garlic paste in the spices. Add a little water and prepare a thick paste. Peel the onions, cut these in such a manner that they are connected in the middle and the layers of onion are not separated. Now fill the paste of spices in the cut on the onions. Fill spices well on the inside of the onions with the help of knife or spoon. Keep aside leftover paste, we will cook it in the oil.

Now heat oil in a kadhahi and pour the remaining paste of spices. When the spices are fry a little, add the curry leaves. Put the stuffed onions and mix and let it cook up. after two to three minutes later we will add tomato puree and mix it. Now let it cook for eight to ten minutes on a low flame. Mix 1-2 times in between with spoon. Turn off the flame, put Fresh green coriander leaves on top. Bharwan pyaaj (stuffed onion sabzi) is ready. Serve it with chapatti and eat.
