Riped mangoes - 500 grams (make puree of their
pulp)
Milk cream or Malai - equal to mango puree
Sugar - half quantity of purée

Peel the mango, make puree of
its pulp and also cut pulp slices of some quantities. In the large jar of the
mixer, add puree of mangoes, milk cream (can also take malai) and add the fine
crushed sugar, make a fine paste of all three. Take this paste in an airtight
tin and mix mango slices in it. Now put this box to freeze in the freezer.
After one hour remove the ice cream from the freezer and mix it a bit. Likewise
do it twice, by intervals of one - one hour. After this, let it be freeze for
6-8 hours. When the ice cream is well frozen, decorate it with your favorite
dryfruit and eat cold.
