Malpua is a special dish made in North India. The way to make it is very easy. You can make it in wok and fry it and in pan or tawa. Here in both ways I am going to make malpua. You can eat it with Kheer, pickle or such as, it will look delicious in all its ways. Its main ingredients  is wheat flour, sugar and ghee. Let's make this delicious dish-

Ingredients of making of malpua

Wheat Flour - Two Bowls
Sugar - a bowl (finely grind)
Ghee - for frying
Cardamom powder - half teaspoon

Method of making malpua - frying in the pan
Mix wheat flour, grated sugar and cardamom powder in a large bowl or a vessel. Now take a little water or milk in it, prepare the batter by mixing it. Keep in mind, while mixing this batter that should not be stacked in it. Cover this solution and keep it for half an hour. After half an hour, heat the pan and add ghee to it. When the ghee becomes warm, let the flame low and fill the batter in the spoon or bowl and put it in the middle of the wok. With this, the size of Malpua will be well rounded. When malpua is cooked on one side, it will start swimming in ghee in the wok. Now cook it on the other side by turning it back. When the malpua is light golden brown, take it out. Your malpua is ready. Prepare the remaining malpua like this .

Method of making malpua -  cooked on Tawa or Non-stick pan

Tawa or if using non-stick pan than it is good, heat and spread some ghee on it. Now spread the solution on a tawa with a spoon or bowl. After spreading, pour ghee on the edges of the solution. When the malpua gets cooked on one side, turn it over. Now add ghee to its edges. When cooked from that side add ghee to the malpua and cook well from both side by turning to side to side.  Your malpua is ready.
