Ingredients for Suji cake Recip-
Suji (Rava) – 1 cup
Sugar- 1/3 cup
Butter – 40 gms
Oil – 1 tbsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Tutifruti – for decoration
Milk – 200 ml
How to Make Suji Cake without oven
Put the pressure cooker on flame and add salt into its bottom in ½ inch layer. Put a stand or ring into pressure cooker on salt layer. Cover the Pressure cooker with lid and remove whistle from Lid. Let it preheat for about 10 minutes. Make fine powder of Sugar in mixer grinder. In a bowl take oil, butter and Sugar powder. Add little quantity of milk and Mix well with beater. Beat for 2 minutes and then add remaining milk. Mix suji and beat for another 7-8 minutes. Add baking soda and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Pour the batter in a greased tin.
Open the pressure cooker and put the cake tin in it. Be careful while placing tin, as pressure cooker is very hot. Close the pressure cooker with lid. Let it cook for 5 minute on medium flame. Open the pressure cooker after 5 minute and spread some tutifruti on cake. Close the pressure cooker again and cook for 20-25 minute on low flame. After 20-25 minute open the cooker. Check your baking that knife comes clean. Let it cool down in Pressure cooker. After 5-10 minute take the cake on plate. Decorate as per your choice with fruits, cream, chocolates and enjoy this delicious cake.
